Purpose:  The American Red Cross in Southeastern New Mexico is a volunteer-led humanitarian organization.  The emergency services program of the Red Cross provides food, clothing and shelter to victims of disaster on a daily basis.  Through its health and safety programs it trains the community in First Aid, CPR, AED and other life-saving courses.
