Purpose:  Improve the quality of life for the senior citizens by providing services at four Senior Citizens Centers located in Chaves County. Services provided include congregate and home delivered meals, transportation, housekeeping assistance, adult day care services, health promotion activities, and caregiver support.  J.O.Y. Centers also sponsor the Foster Grandparent and Senior Companion Programs.
